Bohning Grit Guard – Premium Bow String Wax with Applicator

Grit Guard is Bohning’s non-tacky string wax. Its hydrocarbon base leaves no sticky film on your fingers and gives dirt and lint nothing to cling to, while conditioners in the blend keep an ageing string supple and slow fraying. It works on natural and synthetic strings, from recurves to compounds.

Using the applicator

Slide open either end of the box or lift off the lid, then wax the string straight from the box. You get an even coat with less mess, and the box keeps the wax clean between uses.
