AF Archery’s Turkish bow follows the compact bows of the Ottoman Empire, which lasted from the 14th to the early 20th century. Those bows let mounted archers shoot fast and accurately even at full gallop. It is compact and draws smoothly. The black bow is built from fibreglass, bamboo and wood; the bubinga bow is Bearpaw fibreglass, bamboo, bubinga and maple.
