The Black Bear is a 58″ one-piece recurve made in Italy by Ragim. Its riser is cut from padouk, an exotic hardwood with a deep reddish colour, and the limbs are black fibreglass. At 58 inches it is short enough for field courses and tight spots, and the one-piece build keeps vibration down.
The grip sits naturally in the hand and allows a relaxed stance through a long session. It works as a first traditional bow and as a dependable everyday bow for an experienced archer, at the club, on a 3D course or out hunting.
