Coated cedar arrows in Port Orford cedar, finished in our deluxe polyurethane coat and fletched to your order in a set of six or a dozen. The coat seals the timber against moisture, wear and weather and leaves a polished surface with the grain still showing.
The 5/16 inch shaft suits traditional bows at the lighter end of the draw range, with spines from under 30lb up to the 50 to 55lb band. The thicker 11/32 inch shaft gives more stability behind a heavier bow, with spines from 40 to 45lb up to 60 to 65lb; in the dozen, the 11/32 spines start at 45 to 50lb.

From shaft to finished arrow
We sort the shafts so every set is matched within 10 grains, straighten each one by hand, coat it, and glue the feathers in line with a protector band at the base of the fletching that comes off easily. Each arrow is checked before it leaves, and the arrows are handcrafted in Australia.
Looking after them
- Wipe each arrow with a dry cloth after use.
- Keep them somewhere cool, dry and out of the sun.
- Look over the feathers and points for wear now and then.
